At least 90% of the distribtution income of Atrium REIT shall be distributed quarterly or at such other intervals in arrears as determined by the Manager in its absolute discretion

The real estates shall be revalued at least once every (3) years from the date of the last valuation ( or such other times as required under the Securities Commision Guidelines on REITs), or at an time where the Trustee, the Manager or the independent auditor appointed by Atrium REIT reasonably believes that there has been a significant change in the value of real estates
	Redemption policy

Unitholders have no right to request the Fund to repurchase their Units while the Units are listed
